Progressive Flooring Services is established in Gahanna, Ohio, by Richard A. South with clients including General Mills and Red Lobster.
1985
Partnership with Darden Restaurants begins, including brands Olive Garden, Season’s 52, Bahama Breeze, Longhorn, Cheddar’s, Eddie V’s, Capital Grille, and Yardhouse.
1996
Progressive expands into the entertainment industry by partnering with AMC Theaters.
2003
Progressive becomes a charter vendor member of the Restaurant Facility Maintenance Association (RFMA)
2003
First satellite warehouse facility is established in Florida.
2005
Second satellite warehouse facility is established in Texas.
2006
Progressive expands into the retail industry and becomes a vendor member of ConnexFM.
2007
Progressive headquarters are relocated to a new 50,000-square-foot facility in Etna, Ohio.
2009
Third satellite warehouse facility is established in California.
2010
Progressive Services, Inc., is established as a provider of commercial facility maintenance and special program services.
2015
Renovation of Southwest Plaza Mall in Littleton, Colorado, Progressive’s largest single project ever.
2016
Floormat.com launches, an ecommerce site that provides all types of floor matting and other specialty products.
2018
Florida warehouse relocates to a larger, 20,000-square-foot facility in Ocala.
2020
Progressive Flooring Services and Progressive Services merge into Progressive Flooring & Services, Inc.
2022
Progressive Flooring & Services, Inc. becomes an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Company.
